A crowd gathers twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for strength training. Other health services include blood pressure checks, immunizations and wellness screenings.
Seniors who are homebound can take advantage of the transportation service offered by Effington County. Drivers bring members to doctor’s appointments, help with shopping and banking needs, and transport them back and forth to the senior center. A meal delivery service is also available to those who need it most.
